We have a 7 day return policy from the date of receipt of goods, in order to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

If we offer a product free, but charge only for shipping, it is NOT eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel such orders within 24 hours for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

For a refund for Print On Demand (or custom-designed) products like T shirts, coffee mugs etc, please follow these steps: 

a) Please send an email to with a request to cancel your order. We will, in turn, make the warehouse aware about the cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed (that is, if the manufacturing facility has not yet begun the production of the item(s) against your order, we will give you a full refund.
b)However, if the manufacturing facility has already started production of the item(s) against your order, or if the warehouse has already shipped the item(s), or if you have already received the item(s), you will need to return the item within 7 days to Printex, Inc, 401 S Maple Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401 and pay for shipping. We will give you a refund, less shipping and handling charges. The item(s) must be in the original packing and in the same condition as when sent.
c)If you decide to return the item and exchange it for a similar type of item, but in a different color, size or version, or a totally different item, we recommend that you
cancel your order and get a refund by following the steps described in b) above and place a brand new order.
d)If you have received the wrong size or color, or if the item sent was damaged or defective, please send us pictures depicting the incorrect specifications or the defect, immediately upon receiving it. We will arrange to replace it and we will bear the shipping and handling charges.

Several types of goods CANNOT be returned. Some such products are, perishable goods like food and flowers, newspapers and magazines, intimate products, sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, etc.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where, if applicable, only partial refunds are allowed. Books, with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records that may have been opened, items not in their original condition, items that may be damaged or with missing parts for reasons attributed to buyers and not due to errors on our part, items that are returned after 7 days after delivery etc., are some such examples.

REFUNDS(if applicable): Once the returned item(s) is/are received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the same. We will also notify you, as to whether the refund was approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if refund is applicable): If you do not receive a refund within a reasonable time, we suggest that you first check your bank account to be absolutely certain that the refund was not sent. It may also be a good idea to contact your bank, to check if there may have been a delay in processing your refund. Upon ascertaining that no refund was made at the bank level, we recommend that you contact your credit card company as well. Typically, it takes several weeks to process refunds.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS ON SALE(if applicable): Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Items that may have been marked down or were on sale, DO NOT qualify for refunds.

EXCHANGES(if applicable): We only replace items if they were found to be defective or damaged in transit. If you wish to exchange an item for a similar item, please send us an email at Contact@VeeDoInternetMarketing.Com within 7 days from the date of receipt of ordered item(s).

GIFTS: If a returned item was gifted to you by a donor(in short, the item was ordered by someone other than you, but shipped directly to you), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the ordered item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t clearly marked as a gift when purchased, or the donor had the order shipped to self for onward transmission to you, the recipient, we will send a refund to the donor. The donor will, in this case, pursue with us regarding all refund-related questions.

SHIPPING: Please mail all returned goods (except Print On Demand products like T shirts, coffee mugs etc) to Vee Do Internet Marketing, Inc., P.O. Box 71789, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071, U.S.A.(unless stated otherwise). You will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning goods. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes to process exchanges, typically, depends upon the mailing address and zip code.

We suggest that, if the value of item(s) shipped back to us for an exchange or a refund exceeds $75, you use insured shipping and have a tracking number generated. For, it is completely possible that goods may be lost or misplaced in transit.
