RETURNS: We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for refund or exchange of goods.
Note: Free + Shipping Items are not eligible for refunds (since they are free). You can, however, cancel your order within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some of the products that cannot be returned are-but not limited to-perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate products, sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items etc.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records that may have been opened, items not in their original condition, items that may be damaged or with missing parts for reasons attributed to buyers and not due to errors on our part, items that are returned after 30 days after delivery..
REFUNDS(if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if refund is applicable): If you do not receive a refund within a reasonable time, we suggest you first check your bank account to be absolutely sure that you have, in fact, not received the refund. Upon ascertaining that you have not received the refund, we recommend that you contact your credit card company. Often, it takes several weeks to process your refund. We also strongly advise customers to contact their bank, to check for any delays in processing the refund.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS ON SALE(if applicable): Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Items that may have been marked down or were on sale, do not qualify for refunds.
EXCHANGES(if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for a similar item, please send us an email at Contact@VeeDoInternetMarketing.us.
GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the donor had the order shipped to self, for onward transmission to you, the recipient, we will send a refund to the donor. The donor will, in this case, pursue with us regarding all refund-related questions, process and procedures.
SHIPPING: Please mail all returned goods to 249 Sonia Avenue, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071, U.S.A. You will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time to receive exchanged goods, typically, depends upon your mailing address and zip code.
We suggest that if the value of item(s) shipped back to us for exchange/refund exceeds $75, insured shipping with a tracking number be used. It is completely possible that the goods may be lost or misplaced in transit.
