Since Products4Rall.Org offers standard products(for example, survival gear) and custom products(for example, Print On Demand/POD products like coffee mugs, pillow cases, shopping bags/totes, soda can sleeves, T shirts/tees, wall art, wine bags/totes etc.), our refund/return policy depends upon the type of product(s) being returned.


  • Personal products that are meant to be worn(for example, attire, capri, flip flops, garments, neckties, shirts, shoes, stockings, sunglasses, T shirts/tees and other products that may not have been listed here, but fall under this category of products), must be unworn, unwashed, in the original condition and packaging and with the original tags attached.
  • Products that are meant to be used(for example, coffee mugs, shopping bags/totes, LED lamps/lights, mouse pads, posters, wall art, wine bags/totes and other products that may not have been listed here, but fall under this category of products), must be unused, unwashed, in the original condition and packaging and with the original tags attached.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods, in order for you to be eligible for an exchange/refund/return.
  • If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please send an email immediately to with a request that we treat your order as cancelled. Upon receiving your email, we will request the manufacturing facility/warehouse to treat your order as cancelled. If the manufacturing facility has not begun the production of the item(s) against your order), we will give you a full refund. However, if it has begun production or if the warehouse has shipped the item(s), or, if you have received the item(s), you will need to return the item within 7 days to Printex, Inc, 401 S Maple Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401. In this case, you will need to bear the shipping cost. We will, however, give you a refund, less shipping and handling charges
  • If you decide to return the item(s) that you may have received against your order and wish to exchange it for a similar type of item(but in a different color, size or version), or a totally different item, we would like you to cancel your original order, get a refund by following the steps described above and by being governed by the terms of refund described above, and then, place a brand new order. 
  • If you have received the products(s) in a color, size, style, version or variant different from that specified in your order, or, if you have received a damaged/defective product, please send us pictures depicting the incorrect specifications or the nature of the defect, immediately upon receiving it. We will arrange to replace it and bear the shipping and handling charges.


  • If we offer a product free or for one cent and charge only for shipping, it is Not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel such orders within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for an exchange/refund/return, your item must be in the same condition as when shipped by us and in the original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods, in order for you to be eligible for an exchange/refund/return.
  • We only replace items if they were found to be defective or got damaged in transit
  • We, either do not entertain requests, or are prohibited by law from entertaining requests for exchanges/refunds/returns on certain categories of goods like, perishable goods(for example, food and flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate products, sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, to name just a few.
  • In order to be eligible for an exchange/refund/return, you will need to submit a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please send all returns to Vee Do Internet Marketing, Inc., P.O. Box 71789, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071, USA(except in case of Print On Demand/POD products or unless specifically stated otherwise). You will be responsible for all shipping costs when you return goods.
  • Shipping costs are Non-Refundable and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For products like books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records that may have been opened, items not in their original condition, items that may be damaged or with missing parts for reasons attributed to buyers, and not due to errors on our part, items that are returned after 7 days after receipt etc., if we do allow a refund on account of a variety of reasons, the refund amount would be partial and not full. The amount of refund allowed would be determined on a case by case basis and solely at our discretion.


  • Items that may be on clearance, have been marked down or are/were on sale, Do Not qualify for exchanges/refunds/returns. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming it and letting you know whether the exchange/refund/return was approved. If we approve the refund, we will send you a check in the mail(once we ascertain that your payment was deposited in our account, and regardless of the original mode of payment). Typically, the entire process may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.
  • If you do not receive a refund within a reasonable time, we suggest that you check with your bank to be absolutely certain that the refund was not sent and/or reason for the delay in processing your refund.
  • If you have not received the refund because of extraneous reasons or for reasons beyond our control, please send us an email on
  • If you had received the returned item(s) as a gift(in other words, someone, other than you had ordered the item(s), but had it/them shipped to you), we will process the exchange/refund/return request as though you had placed the order, unless we have received or we receive specific instructions from the donor.
  • The time it takes to process exchanges/refunds/returns, typically, depends upon the mailing address and zip code.
  • We strongly recommend that, if the value of item(s) shipped back to us for an exchange/refund/return exceeds $75, you use insured shipping and have a tracking number generated. For, it is completely possible that goods are lost or misplaced in transit and we do not assume any responsibility for returned goods lost or stolen in transit.
  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, if we find/suspect a strange pattern of return requests, a history of excessive returns, a history of returns involving alterations/damages/items washed and laundered/missing components/parts, likely/possible/potential fraudulent or criminal activity...
  • Please ensure that you pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging and return all items in their original condition with all paperwork, packaging, accessories and tags attached.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not entertain Cash On Delivery(COD) shipments and absolutely reject them.
